Canyon Fitting

Below are a some common fit adjustments for the Canyon Dress and Top and how to do them.

Neckline too low:

If you want the neckline of your Canyon to be a bit higher you can hand sew a few stitches at the base of the opening of your neckline, joining the two plackets together.

Narrow Shoulder Adjustment:

To narrow the shoulders you will adjust pieces B and D. We will illustrate adjsuting piece B below.

  1. Draw a line from the center of shoulder to first notch on armscye (Point A to B). Draw another line from the center of that line diagonally to the corner of the shoulder point (Point C to D).
  2. Snip from point A to B without snipping through point B.
  3. Snip from point C to D without snipping through point D.
  4. Hinge your piece over to overlap along the shoulder seam and reduce it by your desired amount. Tape pieces in place.
  5. Retrace pattern piece. Repeat on Back Yoke D.
